How do I identify and report suspicious messages?

Scammers sometimes pretend to be travel companies. Be cautious if you receive a message that:

• asks you to pay by bank transfer, crypto, gift cards or a payment app outside himalayaradar.com,
• asks for your password, card number, CVV or one-time code,
• comes from an email address or website that isn't @himalayaradar.com / himalayaradar.com,
• offers a deal that is “only valid today” or pressures you to act immediately,
• contains unexpected links or attachments.

Himalaya Radar will never ask for your password or full card details by email, phone or WhatsApp.

If you're unsure, don't click or pay — log in to your account directly to check your booking, and forward the message to our support team so we can investigate and warn other travellers.
